What if you are still receiving chargebacks on enrolled descriptors?

If you’re receiving chargebacks that you believe should’ve triggered an Alert, please send copies of those chargebacks to support@payshield.ai. PayShield will review your Chargeback data to ensure you have the correct descriptors and/or BIN/CAIDs enrolled into the Alert services.
