If you’re receiving chargebacks that you believe should’ve triggered an Alert, please send copies of those chargebacks to [support@payshield.ai](mailto:support@payshield.ai). PayShield will review your Chargeback data to ensure you have the correct descriptors and/or BIN/CAIDs enrolled into the Alert services.
