What if you respond to an alert incorrectly?

Verifi CDRN Alerts: Once a response has been provided to a CDRN Alert, the response is final and cannot be updated/amended.

Ethoca Alerts: An Ethoca Alert can be updated once an initial response has been submitted (as long as the response is updated within the response window (24 hours)). Although Ethoca permits updates to be made to their Alerts, they do not guarantee that the updated response will reach the Issuer.
