What if your RDR-Refunded transactions are being reported as chargebacks?

If you’re receiving chargebacks on transactions that have been refunded by RDR, please send copies of those chargebacks to support@payshield.ai. PayShield will be able to advise you on how to approach your Acquirer/Processor regarding RDR compliance.
