What to do if you receive an alert for a descriptor that doesn’t belong to you?

In the event that you receive an Alert for a descriptor that isn’t yours, you should action the Alert as Declined > Not Refunded > Unmatched Case – General/Other. You will also need to contact support@payshield.ai to request that the descriptor be disabled to avoid receiving future Alerts on the same descriptor.
